The Station Raw Bar in Apalachicola

Oh my God! Best place to eat ever! Great service, fast, and we brought our fish from the Marina and they cooked them up to perfection!

We enjoyed our meal at the Station Raw bar. We had oysters and a meal and they were all delicious. The service was good and it was family friendly which is a plus for us with younger children. We would re-visit when in the area.

We had oyster sampler. It was wonderful. We got great, friendly service. I can't wait to go back.

One of the best oysters in the area. Fried cheese was great and the kids loved there burgers 1 chicken 1 beef. Even the chicken wings were good . Staff was super informative and they were pet friendly.

Can you possibly give a place six stars? My family loved our meals and all washed down with sweet tea and lemonade. plenty of room for seating and choice of sitting outside if you like to enjoy the day. Priced reasonably and worth the visit.

Absolutely, top notch, out of this world delicious oysters!! They have just enough of a briny taste without being overwhelming, and they are oh so tender. All of the oysters were a very decent size. We had raw oysters and James choice which came with 3 different types of cheesy, bacon-y baked oysters each with a slight twist. The house dipping sauce and hot sauce are both great. The sweet potato fries were pretty typical. The Key lime pie, on the other hand, was the best we’ve ever eaten. We also enjoyed the Oyster brewery IPA and Brown – both delicious. Very friendly and efficient service too. Definitely recommend and will come back again when we are in town.

Really good food, service. Out of peel n eat shrimp. Had raw oysters, crab bisque, and stuffed shrimp. Oysters were perfect size and taste superb. Niswue off the chain.

Had dinner Tuesday evening, oysters on the half shell and fried oysters, hands down the most enjoyable and delicious meal I’ve had in a very long time. All the staff was over the top great nice place. Go to The Station for the best food ever thanks guys.

Tuna spread, shrimp po' boy, and cheeseburger were excellent. The wait staff was super friendly and attentive. Bonus the outdoor patio seating is also dog-friendly! We will be back!🤩

We ate here yesterday and loved it. We had the Station and Cap’n Jack oysters. They were both good but we all loved the Cap’n Jack best. We also had fried cheese curds and the fried oysters and shrimp basket. All was delicious with friendly and attentive service. The atmosphere is really comfortable...we had just come from Owl Cafe, which we’ve eaten at before and is really good but a bit stuffy I guess; they said they were closed until dinner and it was hot in there too. This place has a laid back, kind of quirky (in a good, charming way vibe) and the AC felt perfect on such a hot day. I think The Station will become one of our “Go To” places in Apalachicola when we come over from Dog Island.

Order was prepared super quickly and the seafood was fresh and tasty. The prices are also really good for seafood. We got 2 dozen oysters, 2 lb of shrimp, and a side of calamari for 4 and the price per person ended up being 25 including tax. Would definitely go again ✌️

Food was excellent. Everything very fresh and well prepared. The acoustics inside make it a bit noisy, but that didn't bother us. They also have outdoor seating that is pet friendly.

Awesome food. Fried perfectly and not deep fried until rubbery and chewy like some places. Absolutely loved the parmesan oysters.

Had a very pleasant lunch here. We got "The Station" oysters, very unique and delicious. We also had the fried seafood platter and it was excellent, fish was cooked perfectly and the batter was relatively light. Fun atmosphere and very clean. Highly recommend a stop by here.

50 dollars for a basket of crab claws a basket of 8 fried oysters 1 beer and 1 unsweetened tea. Good food but the price was a shock considering what was had.should have been 30 35 dollars. Nope dont do it

I shared the tune dip with my husband - we basically fought for it - SO GOOD. I had the low country boil for lunch - highly recommend. We can't wait to go back.

Absolutely the best oysters anywhere!! Overall the food was very good. Service was fast and friendly. The place is unique with lots of interesting things to look at. Be sure to try the house made sauces, they are outstanding!!

Attractive, clean and has some Apalachicola charm. This whole area is non-touristy and has a touch of a Key West feel. The Oysters are wild caught (not farmed) and were absolutely fresh as it gets.

One of our favorite stops while visiting St. George Island! The waitress was by far one of the most attentive and kind we have ever experienced! The food was delicious! We took in our catch from bay fishing and they cooked it to perfection!

Amazing place to eat. Food is great and not over cooked. I don't have teeth and had no problems with their fried food. The atmosphere is fun and engaging. Gina is an awesome waitress.

My favorite place to eat great seafood in Apalachicola! Food is always amazing and service is fast and friendly. Dessert is pretty good too! Try the banana pudding.

My husband and I ate here on Saturday 6/20. This was the first time we’ve been here and we will happily go back. Gina was our server: she was very attentive and polite, and she always had our drinks filled. The food was delicious: we had fried pickles, and we each had the fried gulf shrimp basket. The people, food, and atmosphere were all wonderful, and this will definitely be a place that we will visit again. Only negative would be that the chairs for the outdoor seating are a little on the small side, but every other aspect is a positive and The Station Raw Bar deserves five stars.

Ok WOW. We stopped in here for a quick bite. Really glad we did. We had the Capt'n Jack baked oysters, the seafood platter and the low country boil. All were YUMMY. They serve a good collection of beer, including choices from OCBC. Closed it off with rhe key lime pie and lava cake. We stayed much longer than a quick bite. The customer service was top.notch. Definitely be back!

Really cool setting in an old filling station. Food not fancy, but seafood gumbo, shrimp poboy and buffalo wings were good! Seemed to be locals eating there.. Neat Inn across the street.

Was a good place I tried oyster Rockefeller for the first time.

I hate the fact that they use disposable plates, cups and silverware. I would say given there prices they can afford to pay someone to wash the dishes. I get that this place is in an old garage with a concrete floor and outdoor seating. If you are going to use disposable then go green with it. There is no need for a restaurant to pollute more when they don’t have too. That said. The food was really good. The smoked tuna dip was very good. I had the fried oysters & shrimp and they were really tasty. My sister in law had the fish tacos and they looked good. Prices are a little high. The raw oysters are very expensive. They are in the oyster capital of the world and it is $9 for 1/2 doz. That is ridiculous. My fried oyster meal had 7 oysters and 7 shrimp and it was $14.

Had a great lunch in Apalachicola. Started with the station oysters and I had the shrimp tacos. My husband had the fried oyster and shrimp basket and enjoyed it. My son had the stuffed shrimp and my daughter got the cheeseburger. It was busy but good service and excellent food. Recommend.

The food was so good! The oysters were cold and salty! The fried oysters and shrimp were perfect. We had gumbo and it came with potatoe salad on the side that was very good. The Cole slaw that came with our basket was very good as well. They have a salad bar that looked good too! Save room for dessert they have some pretty good ones. The service was on point! It's definitely one of the best places to eat in Apalach! Give it a try you won't be sorry.

So, this was a new one for me. Have been coming to this area for 30 years and this brings a new flavor to the town. Has more of a sports bar feel. I have to say their steamed oysters were excellent. They were from Texas.

First time at the Station. Had a good time with good food and good service. Oysters were great and the salad bar was delicious. Kids enjoyed their portions and atmosphere was down home and local. Prices were fair. Wish they had samples of there hotter hot sauces for sale. Would of bought if I could of sampled first.

The service was fantastic!! We had the trio sampler of a dozen oysters. Delicious!

Great food, very accommodating and efficient staff. Inside and outside seating and a small gift shop. Local seafood and burgers. Most of the seafood can be fried or grilled.

The Station.... Fantastic "station" oysters! Family place where the oysters are prepped in front of you by a guy who's dad ran the service station in the same location. The food was great and talking about small town living with another native Floridian was awesome. We will definitely be back. Oh, get a slice of key lime pie, you won't regret it...
